No God-Modding: Don't go around acting like your character is immortal and all powerful.
No Power-Posting: Don't go around posting just to bump a thread or gain post points.
No Meta-Gaming: This goes along with the Journals. Don't go around posting information that your character should not know.
Say Sam was to make a post talking about something that Mike wrote in his Journal. If Sam and Mike had been involved in a thread where Mike showed Sam his Journal, than this would be fine. It would also be fine if whatever Sam was writing about directly involved him and he therefor would know what had happened. On the other hand, if they did not have a thread together and Sam was not directly involved, then Sam risks being banned.
No Double-Posting: It makes the site look childish. Double-Posting is only allowed in Journals and Private RP's.
No Taking/Making Things Personal: if there are problems between you and another member, PM an staff member rather than take offense to something.
Always Use Third Person: it makes things easier to read and understand.
Alcohol, Drugs, Swearing, and Sex: Swearing will be allowed but please keep it to a minimum. Drugs, Alcohol and Sex however will not be allowed on the site.
Take Account Of Those Viewing The Topic: Make sure that your posts are readable. Any media used must be used keeping into consideration that not everyone has broadband access. Do not post background music or imbedded media in a thread. No music or media can be placed in signatures whatsoever. Make sure your signatures are cut down to an acceptable size (150x300 is a good estimate).
Make Your Character and Register Your Claims First: if you don't do these things before posting in the RP areas, then your posts will all be deleted and you risk banment.
Role-Playing Threads: A Roleplayer may not be in two threads at the same time at any time. A user must have their character in only one thread no matter what the situation is. Some exceptions may occur such as the Journals. Also, a character will be allowed to have a thread in two catagories at once, such as one thread in the school and one at home.
Posting Limit: Please, make a decent attempt at a good post. Try and keep all posts at a length of at least 50 words (of course, more words would be acceptible too).
Note The Speaker Of The Post (OOC or IC): please note when you are switching between Out Of Character (OOC) and In Character (IC), this makes it easier on the reader.
In the OTHER section of the character application, put a # symbol.
